At FiFi Nails, every set is handcrafted and made to order with care.
Because of the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, returns or refunds are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please ensure that you measure your nails carefully before placing your order.
Sizing kits and measurement guides are provided to help you select the correct size.
Orders placed with the wrong size selection cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fifinail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If your request is approved, a refund will be issued directly to your original payment method - no return shipment is required.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Because of hygiene and customization, the following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used nail sets

  • Custom or personalized designs

  • Sizing kits and adhesive accessories

  • Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong design, please email us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    We’ll verify the issue and issue a full refund if approved.
