Return & Refund Policy – FiFi Nails

At FiFi Nails, every set is handcrafted and made to order with care and precision.
Because of the hygienic and custom nature of our products, returns or refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please ensure that you measure your nails carefully before placing your order.
Sizing kits and detailed measurement guides are provided on our website to help you select the correct size.
Orders placed with the wrong size selection cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fifinail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If your request is approved, a refund will be issued directly to your original payment method — no return shipment is required.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Because of hygiene and customization, the following items are final sale:

• Opened or used nail sets

• Incorrect size selections made by the customer


Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges.
